I should have known something was wrong when i saw how identical b9game was to bcgame. But I deposited anyway and actually had some decent wins. That's when the nightmare began. Withdrawal request submitted July 10th. Still nothing. Every time I contact support I get a different excuse. They've asked for the same documents three times now. It's clear they have no intention of paying out, they just want to stall until you give up. Don't make the same mistake I did. This is 100% a scam operation 😫

I deposited, met all wagering requirements, and now they're refusing to pay out with endless excuses. First it was verification needed, then payment processor issues, now they're just ignoring me. I really regret using b9game. At first i thought it was bcgame because the site looks EXACTLY the same. Same colors, same bonus popup, even the same welcome messages. I deposited 150 usdt and played for a bit, but when i tried to withdraw my winnings everything just stopped working. The withdrawal page just says processing for 3 days now and support hasn't answered a single message. I feel like i got tricked
