Received order in very timely manner. It took a while to track but it worked out ok.

Bad sizing, bad fabric, misrepresented colors, sizing. And misrepresented "easy returns"

Ordered up because I rather have clothing a little loose than tight. Couldn't fit dress over my chest. Felt like a straight jacket. Ugh! XL was more like an XS.

It has been almost a month and I still have not received my order. They did contact me to inquire if I had received it. I said no and they said sometimes it can take awhile due to customs etc.

The material is awful and the return process is frustrating and complicated.

Oh I'll be specific: I emailed AZZLEE several times. They agreed since I had just received the dresses, which were huge on me. I only tried one on. (s) size. I paid for the FEDX return. The dresses were shipped within 2 days. Just yesterday the package was returned. The phone number on their label is not set up with voice mail. The address is exactly what the instructions were give to me in an email.
Monday, April 15th I will begin a charge back on my AMX cc.

Ordered several tops and pants. Fit was pretty good, maybe a bit small. Styles were nice and unique but some of the fabrics were unfamiliar and I'm not sure how to wash.

Easy process, I received a partial refund as I did not keep the dress but was not worth returning so I kept it and go Ave away.

When the package finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The two garments' fabric were of poor quality. After contacting Azzlee, the return options the company sent me were unsatisfactory. Due to the above, I want a full refund -- I paid $55.98.

Fun and stylish clothing at an affordable price. My first order so hopefully quality and sizing meet expectations.

First time order. Azlee size chart was not followed as specified in catalog. Catalog said Blouses ran smaller, so my Medium should have been a Large sent to me for Both Blouses when I ordered. Please correct!

I am pleased with the customer service side of this company but not 100% happy with the product. They did make a huge effort to refund me when I asked to return 2 items.

The denim is much heavier and stiffer than I thought it would be. The picture made it look like it was soft and flowing.
