Easy to shop and order. The quality is really good and the clothing well made. The only issue I had was sizing on an item. It was a little small but loved the design. All the other items were spot on.

I never received my items and was contacted several weeks later about the items that I didn't receive.

Article received good quality and very cute. Ordered 2 more shirts.

Item did not fit. Quality was not up to par. Will not be ordering anything again do to their return policy.

Items were of CHEAP quality material and DID NOT FIT.
First offered a 30% return on items, then a 50% return of items that didn't fit.
Typical Chinese return policy when information provided shows it is from the States.

I canceled my order within a couple of hours. I was still charged for it (plus a foreign transaction fee). It has been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my credit. If they can bill you immediately why does it take so long to get a credit? I even got an email asking how I liked the product I didn't get!

I had to see up the seam in the shorts & the fabric has no stretch so difficult to sit down

The shoulders and sleeves are unusually narrow. The fabric is beautiful. I had my 110 lb granddaughter triy on the size small and it was too tight for her.

It is not cut for the build of average American women.

Clothes do not come in correct sizes, customer service delays and looses responses.

Sizes were a little snug however it is something I can adjust. Customer service was very helpful.

The jacket looked nothing what was pictured and described. It came without any information on how to return.

The item I ordered does not fit and no information was included on returns and no return email has been sent to my previous request. Will not make this mistake again!

Product didn't match photo and trying to return is very difficult

The item does not look like what I expected to. My husband said it looks like a pajama top. I wanted a cardigan to wear to a wedding.
I was offered 30% off and then 50% off. If it was 100% off I would donate it to a charity.

I ordered 2 blouses and one dress from super looking photos. They do not fit according to their charts and made of cheap umbrella fabric. I sent them back the next day after having to get a proper tracking number. Got a confirmation that they had received it but it might take up to a month to return my money if I ever receive it. Facebook should deal with these people before they scam everyone else because they will just change their name and scam again.

Not all the clothing I ordered was delivered, when I emailed to ask why the response back was the item was out of stock.
That's ok, I asked if I could purchase something else for the same price as they had already deducted the amount from my credit card, finally got a reply back with it will cost another $12.00. I questioned why but have not had a reply back.
Disappointed as I have purchased their clothing before and been very happy with the quality just not the customer service.

Material too thin, like a nightgown, was looking for a dress for grandson's wedding

Their site states that my order would be ready to ship in approximately 3 days and mailed in approximately 3 days. It is now almost a month and I have not heard a word from them. I have already paid over $100 for my order.
