I needed to exchange a blouse for a larger size and return a pair of shorts buying a different style. I was offered to pay $ to return them plus my expense to ship them back. The amount was higher than the blouse I was exchanging. Needless to say, and although the quality of items were good, I will not purchase from them in the future. Maybe I misunderstood the return email but was told not to mail products to the address they came from that wasn't their address 🤷🏻‍

No valid tracking number
Very very difficult to attempt return. Felt like I was possibly being scammed and still doubtful that I'll get my refund.

Have not received my merchandise, the tracking number given shows no package
Listed and customer service sent the same incorrect tracking # and still I have not received my order

I wanted to return or exchange item for larger size.
Their sizing chart is very inaccurate ( clothing runs very small). I'm a size medium, but ordered large and still very snug fitting. I reached out to company and they never responded. Lost $. I donated item to charity.

My top is fine. Both bottoms are way too big. The jeans are wider and do not fit like picture.

I placed an order for an upcoming vacation on April 13. I didn't hear another thing until this past week. Now I was posed a question if I wanted to receive the remaining items. No matter what now, I won't have the outfits for vacation.

The prices were very reasonable and clothing looked cute and comfortable. Clothes that arrived were very small for the sizes ordered and fabrics are very thin. Probably will not order again.

I thought the items were beautiful as pictured but the actual products were very inferior. It was too difficult to figure out how to return plus cost to return. I'll never buy anything from this company again

Size of tops extremely large and material very thin and appearing substandard in quality...unlike pictures online...

I saw really cute tops and leggings I needed. Excited to order. They processed my payment yet I never received the clothes. They sent me an email to see if I received my purchase, I answered no. They did nothing then sent me this email to rate my experience!

I ordered several pieces from Azzlee. It was easy to shop but it took a month to receive the clothing. The quality was bad and the sizes were off from what the website recommends.

No Communication had to call customer service and had to text them No Help. Customer service had no idea where my package was at any time and it was a late last-minute delivery. With NO Communication as to it being delivered almost missed as mail had been stop and held during our travels size was so off took to A seamstress and had her verify the wrong sizing measurements very very disappointed as the picture showed a very pretty dress yet again win arrived. The color was so off so I will not shop for you again. Will I give you good reviews and I will tell everybody I know don't the dress is so thin and cheap that it's not worth the money, very disappointed you should be disappointed in yourself
