I had to return items and it was a bit of a challenge
I would like to get another pair of the spring summer casual pants but I am a bit put off by the other products being so different than the description.
Overall good, just would order a size larger next time.
So far So good fine except the one that shrunk after washing! Washed them all together.

Product is not well made. Fabric is cheep. Description and pictures are not the same.
The online website is user friendly. Easy to process my order. And received in good time. The company kept me informed of every step from the time I ordered right through to receipt of delivery. Excellent service.
Followed a Facebook ad which I almost never do. Thought I might regret it, but not so bad. Although I do think the product is made in China, it shipped in a more timely manner than the order I made to a similar retailer at the same time. Could be quicker, but OK. I have yet to see what the returns process is like, and I will be returning a couple things.
Returns need to be free. Every company I routinely do business with has a seamless process.
