Parcel took 19 days to arrive and there was no tracking ability.
They clothes I purchased are not what was shown in the picture. I will not purchase from Azzlee again, and not only would I not recommend this store to anyone, but I would actively discourage anyone from buying from them.
The top I ordered fitted perfectly but pants I ordered were to big.
I would love to return these items but I cannot find any way to do that. Additional information about return policy would be great.
Overall has been a good experience. I have had lots of online mistakes in purchases and have ended up losing money. These clothes fit as expected using the sizing guide and are made from quality fabric.
The return process is complicated. I could not wear my purchases, but the company does not make returning items easy and there are no instructions included in the packaging. I had to write an email to request. I wanted the "keep the items and get a small refund back" option and never heard again from the company.
