I've been looking at these pants for a couple of seasons now, but the fabric is not what I expected, nor the cut. The parcel was also delayed significantly, but customer svc support was very good. Please also remember that the material shrinks.

I contacted customer service regarding a return and I haven't heard back yet. Both dresses are of good quality and pretty but they just don't fit. Please help me with this process.

My package took days and days to be delivered and the tracking information showed that it took more than a week to even be shipped. I contacted the company but received no response. When the package finally did arrive I was not happy with the items but could not get information on how to return them.

I want to return this item and have emailed twice with no response.

I ordered 4 what were supposed to be SWEATSHIRTS. I am from the USA and when I think of a sweatshirt, I think cotton on the outside and soft fleece on the inside. Everything on the Azlee website is made in China. Their pictures of their clothing look amazing. I believe they take photos of the original designer article and then reproduce a cheap copy in China. The "sweatshirts" I received were some cheap polyester "tops" that had designs PRINTED on them. Not woven into the fabric as they should be. I washed one in cold water and the printing faded and it shrunk 2 sizes. I had to throw it away. As for the other 3, I think they will go in the garbage as well.
DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAP!
Wish someone else had been honest with their review so I would not have wasted my money!
