I waited a long time for my dresses and planned to take them on a trip to South America, but they were to large and the material wasn't the best. They were big, cheap material and cheaply made.
The order was placed and received within the estimated time frame. However, the return policy is not as timely as the purchase. I followed the directions given on the website and received a reply asking for additional explanation. Explanation sent and now I am waiting for over a week for confirmation of the info and the process to follow.
I placed my order on March 10,2023. The item was received on March 24,2023. I began my "correspondence" with you on March 24th. I explained that I wished to return my item to you as the dress and duster were way too small. I was over 4 hours trying to reach someone at service@ Azzlee.com. I discovered that I had to "request approval" to return an item and instructions would be forwarded to me as to how to proceed. Subsequently I received "offers" of reductions in the price of the item from 20% - 50% and I could keep the item. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO THAT? I persisted in my responses that I wanted a full refund of the purchase price and I would pay the return shipping expense. After close to week of back and forth e-mails, I finally received the needed Product ID ( I already had the Order Number) and a correct return address. There was NO packing slip or invoice in the package when I received the item and I NEVER received any info on their convoluted return policy until I specifically asked for it. Also in addition to being too small the item had NO quality at all. The fabric was cheap as was the skimpy construction on the item. It is true that you get what you pay for! This was No bargain!

Takes to long to ship I still have not received my last 2 orders
So far, not overly impressed. The quality isn't what I am used to nor is the customer service. I have contacted via email asking for a return label/order number and no response.

Your company instead keeps offering me other offers and all I want is an address & instructions to return everything and get a full refund but your company is refusing to comply, I'm still waiting
