Ease of purchase was good, transit time was acceptable but the photo of the pants in your advert were made of linen compared with my purchase which was polyester.
I would have preferred a linen product as per the advertisement.

I ordered a light flowy dress and got a stiff A line styled dress I wouldn't wear. Paid more for this dress and delivery because I trusted the site. NEVER AGAIN!

Lack of realistic sizing on website. Not true to size measurements. Also non receipt of 1 item. Still awaiting answer to refund request

I am unable to wear this as planned to my daughter's wedding as it is way to long & looks nothing like the picture on me. I have asked for an address so I can return it for a full refund & have only been offered a discount if I were to keep it.

It was not possible to track my order but it did arrive.

All tops were not the right size and have no labels on any of the items. Also they make it too hard to return items and offer 30% back. If you buy a product in Australia you should be able to return it in Australia and not over seas. Will never buy from this company again.

Site goes all the way back each time i wanted to just go back one step.also would like back views of clothing thanks. Good delivery timing good communication of where delivery was at etc.

I ordered 2 dresses according to the size info on web site. They are about 2 sizes too small. When I enquired about returning them I was told that I would need to pay for the return postage to the USA and wait 30 days for the refund. I could swap for larger sizes but the cost and time line was the same. They offered a 30% refund instead. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

My order for the first time was ok. I just learned to order size up in some things. Great material and design
