I placed an order for 3 dresses once they arrived they did not fit as well as I was hoping. I decided to return them all back and without any problems I received a full refund plus the shipping cost!

Terrible customer service. Ordered two sample sizes and then chose the size that fit me best (to order in the actual bridesmaid dress). Ordered that size in the real bridesmaid dress. The size came in and fit completely differently (tight on shoulders and waist where it had fit with extra room in the sample size). When I requested that the company mail me two sizes (as I paid for the samples, spent time trying them on, and chose my correct size), they asked for a picture of me measuring myself to prove that I was the size I was ordering. If I didn't go out of my way to order 2 different samples, then I would agree. However, I went out of my way to ensure that the size I was ordering was the correct one. Azazie needs to choose better sample sizing and make sure that the sample accurately reflects the size of the dress you are ordering. Additionally, if someone has a problem with the sample vs real size of the dress they ordered, the customer service team needs to handle it efficiently and in a timely manner. This has caused multiple back and forth emails and phone calls and the issue still is not resolved.

I ordered 2 dresses, checked the status a few weeks later only be told the order was canceled due to non payment. I paid at the time of the order via credit card and never even received an email that the order was canceled. This card is not anywhere near the limit, so there should not have been any issues.
I was going to re-order them and give this company a second chance, but the price went up $50 per dress and Azazie won't honor the original sale price. This is a horrible way to do business and horrendous customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Notices are sent to the email address on the account. I ordered a dress in January for an April wedding. With everything going on with the world (COVID-19) I got the best customer service from Emily. I have been beyond impressed, and she eased some stress I had, and as she couldn't fully help me (it was beyond her control) she helped me in the only way she could. All other bridesmaids have their dresses and look amazing and the quality is amazing! I would 100% order from them again.

My niece who is getting married recommended Azazie since her bridesmaids needed afford dresses. I had my daughter measured for an Azazie dress by a professional seamstress. Based on my daughter's measurements she would need a custom dress which requires contacting Azazie. I have tried for several days at different times throughtout the day to reach Azazie. I also left several messages requesting call back as their system prompted me to do. I still haven't heard from Azazie so I'll be getting a bridesmaids dress elsewhere. Also reading other reviews since my experience; I've discovered others have problems with their Customer Service. Definitely not using them!

Cheap fabric, size runs at least 2 sizes too small. You cannot cancel your order after seeing the samples as they take longer than than the 72 hours required to cancel.
Hello Cindy, I'm sorry you feel the fabric was not up to your standards. Our design team takes pride in sourcing high quality fabrics and creates amazing designs as commented by many other users. With regards to our cancellation policy. It is 72 hours as we are a made to order company. Once we begin the production of your dress we can't stop production but we do have a generous return policy to allow returns of standard dresses within 15 days of receipt. We do recommend ordering samples before ordering a dress to ensure the style and size needed. I will pass your feedback along to our production team to see if we can extend our window though. I told about you guys to a friend of mine who was desperate for a brides maids dress code and you totally saved the day!
Both my girls ordered their bridesmaids dresses from Azazie. We sent in the measurements as requested. When the dresses came in, the measurements they used were not the measurements we gave. Because it was custom made, we couldn't return it. Instead, we had to pay additional money to have the dresses altered to the measurements we provided Azazie. If your going to ask for measurements, then you should make the dress according to those measurements. We were 100% dissatisfied with the results.
First of all my dress got here about 2 weeks in advance than scheduled! I was so impressed the way it came packaged and the material used for the dress was beautiful. I received SO many compliments on my wedding day about the dress i was so pleased with this website. Thank you Azazie for making my wedding dress drems come true. After checking all the typical prom dress stores and sites and not finding anything I really loved I found Azazie. I ended up getting what was technically a bridesmaid dress but it was awesome and cost about half the amount I was looking to spend so I saved quite a bit.
Pro tip: They have a whole section of dresses that have pockets!
I've been a bridesmaid 9 times so I've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of dresses over the years. This was the first time that I actually really liked the dress and was happy with the price. $60 for a bridesmaid dress is such a relief as I've often had to pay 3x that amount. Definitely recommend to all the brides out there who don't want their friends to resent them! Being a bridesmaid shouldn't cost an arm and leg ;)
After dealing with an online site that sent me a terrible dress that was too small, and took my money while refusing to give me a refund, I found Azazie.
Azazie.com has lots of style and color options, which was perfect since I was a bridesmaid in a purple ombre wedding. I needed a floor-length dress in a specific shade of purple in a short enough amount of time to have any alterations done.
Not only does azazie have a clearance section (where I got my dress) that offers $35 dresses, but they are well-made and true to the picture. Customer service was very responsive and willing to work with me on shipping the dress sooner since I was in such a time crunch (spent/wasted a month waiting for the terrible dress from the previous site).
I ended up buying another dress from Azazie, and recommend them to anyone who needs a good dress.

Answer: Hello Sarah, we do recommend waiting till the dress is in stock to Try-On as you will not only incur a restocking fee but it is also worse for the environment ordering a made to order dress and returning it. If the dress is out of stock please utilize the, notify me option, as that informs our production team if we need to increase our Try-On supply. Our restocking fee structure is as follows. There is a fee of 5% for the first returned item and 10% for subsequently eligibly returned items. Answer: Hello Wendy, Other than taking the dress to a local drycleaner and have the pleats pressed the best at home way we've used to properly iron pleats are as follows. Follow these tips to iron pleats with ease: 1) Turn on your iron and set it to the appropriate setting for your fabric type. 2) Have your iron's sprayer filled or a spray bottle of water handy if needed to use during ironing. 3) Fold and/or arrange the pleats the way they are supposed to appear. As you hold them in place, you must iron over the arranged pleats beginning at the top of the pleat and working your way downward. For stubborn fabric, it may be necessary to pin the pleats in place. However, do not iron over the pins. Pull them out one at a time as you iron. Remember to iron in a top-to-bottom manner. 4) Another way to get a crisp finish is to separate the pleats and run the iron up the material hidden by the pleats. The pointy side of the iron should get up into the intersection of fabric that forms a V due to the pleat stitch. Then arrange the pleats they are supposed to appear and go through Step 3, so you can emphasize the intentional folds in the pleats with the iron. 5) When you are done ironing pleats, hang the item from its top to keep the pleats hanging straight. You will be given an estimated delivery window at checkout and emailed tracking details once it is officially on the way. Answer: Our dresses and accessories are made in China, with new and increasing production facilities in Cambodia and Vietnam. Many of the independent tailors we work with are family-owned businesses and come with decades of combined experience in the garment industry. Each tailor must also meet a set of quality craftsmanship standards and we work hard to ensure that our workshops are ethically responsible to become part of the Azazie family.
Answer: Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the designs of our dresses including colors. We also don't offer rush production at this time.
