Customer service wasn't what I expected. Didn't even expect a refund but at least a sincere apology for the obvious mistake they made! The supervisor nor the manager were goos to talk to, they were disrespectful and even blamed us for the mistake they made!
Opting for their services over our former supplier was a no-brainer, given their more affordable pricing and swift delivery times. They've undoubtedly earned their spot as our preferred display supplier, always delivering exactly what our stores need.
The first thing that struck us was the sheer variety and quality of their displays. Whether we needed sleek and modern fixtures to showcase our latest fashion collection or sturdy racks for our hardware store, they had it all. Their displays are not just functional but also aesthetically pleasing, which adds a whole new dimension to our store's ambiance.
If you need their products last minute, it's better to avoid placing an order. I trusted them, and they betrayed me. Their customer service people are fake and lie blatantly about deliveries. The product they sent was delayed, and it didn't look like what I ordered. I had no choice but to use it as I couldn't postpone a crucial event. These terrible people cheated us. BEWARE!

Azar is my go-to supplier for displays and display accessories. Their customer service team is knowledgeable and helpful, the agent I spoke with took time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect products. The shipping was quick and all of the products arrived in pristine condition.
I ordered a product from their website and received it a few days later. When I opened the box, I was immediately disappointed. The product was poorly made and had several defects. The workmanship was shoddy, and the materials were cheap. I was clearly sent a defective product. I immediately contacted their customer service department to explain the issue. I spoke to a representative who promised to look into the matter. However, I never heard back from the company. I called several more times, but I was always given the runaround. Finally, I was able to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and dismissive. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that I was responsible for the defective product. He then hung up the phone on me.
Got exactly what we needed to spruce up our counters. All because we got great advice from their customer service and sales staff - amazingly helpful bunch!
The people of Azar are fake. They lie blatantly about quality but forget to do their jobs. The products they sent were damaged, and I needed them fixed urgantly. I chased their customer service team to fix it, but they didn't do anything on time. Instead, they were very rude and disrespectful at time. It was a horrible experience I would avoid remembering!
The lack of sufficient staff here was created an overwhelming workload for the existing employees. The constant strain and pressure caused by being understaffed have had a detrimental and physical well-being of the workforce. Excessive stress level have made it difficult for employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, causing burnout and negatively affecting job satisfaction. Furthermore, the high turnover rate resulting from the staff shortages exacerbates the existing challenges. Potential employees should be cautious and aware of this issue before considering work at Azar!
BEWARE of this horrible company! The leadership here is looking for individuals with certain personalities, and not fitting in with the company's terrible work culture will make you feel like an outcast. The managers themselves subject employees to intense harassment and abuse. You wouldn't want to work here if you know this.
Most of our managers here are narcissists with big egos. They are the type of people who never take accountability for their own actions and decisions, and they always blame the employees when problems arise. What's worse is that most of the people in the management are so aggressive and hostile toward employees, which I find really unnecessary.
This company has awfully incompetent and terrible management. The people here are difficult to communicate with because they take so long to respond to my inquiries. Not to mention, some of the staff and supervisors I've talked to were rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
It took almost 2 weeks to even get a quote from this company and that was after countless follow up calls. Once the order was finally placed the lead time suddenly tripled with no desire from the company to try and accelerate the order due to the problems and delays in getting to that stage. Deadlines were missed, promised were left un-kept. I would AVOID THIS COMPANY and look elsewhere for the products you are after.
I paid for shipment and it's quite expensive for the product purchased. Still, after waiting the max 14 days promised the product still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and they took 2 or more days to answer. Disappointed a lot.
I ordered a couple of products from the website. It wasn't a pleasant experience. THE WEBSITE DESIGN IS POOR. ALSO, IT HANGS A LOT. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ORDER PRODUCTS. THEY ALSO PROMISED A QUICK DELIVERY BUT DIDN'T STICK TO THEIR WORDS!
I had to complain multiple times, and soon, THEIR EXECUTIVES BECAME VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MEAN. THEY BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT WHY THE DELIVERY DELAYS HAPPEN. IT WAS AWFUL. I WOULD AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!
I ordere a few products, and they were damaged during shipping. When I asked for a replacement they became extremely rude and disrespectful. They lie blatantly about free replacement and never provide the same. It's all fake! I would avoid using their products in the future and save my time and effort. BEWARE!
I was so excited to receive the products that I ordered because they were so good at pictures so imagine my disappointment when it arrived looking nothing like the photos. I immediately called their customer hotline to complain but then they had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't compare the products to the photos because they weren't meant to be 100% accurate.
We got what we weren't expecting at all. We were even excited for the delivery of our displays but they weren't what we expected. It was a huge disappointed that we wanted to return it but we couldn't.
