When the staff does not know the products, it's easy to spot. It was the same case here. Their executives were rude, disrespectful, and mean. They had the worst product knowledge and tried to hide it by being rude.

The company is also unethical. They added shipping fees for no reason. It was not justified. They also delivered the products later than promised and were ready with silly excuses.

Please avoid trusting them if you want a transparent transaction. Everyone, from their staff to leadership, seems corrupt. There's no one to actually provide help when an order is delayed or when you are charged more.

Not quite sure what happened to this company, or my order. I purchased products from their website which turned out not to be in stock. I thought they would refund my money as soon as possible but no such luck. I've heard nothing from Azar since for a month even after countless emails and calls to various contacts. Customer Service doesn't exist here. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

They turned out to be the ultimate villain in the world of business transactions. Their customer service was sorely lacking, they barely addressed concerns and left emails unanswered, and when they did respond, it felt like they were trying to gaslight me into believing their blatant errors were somehow my fault. They missed deadlines, overpromised on quality, and underdelivered in every sense of the word. I trusted them with my project, and they crushed that trust with their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to take accountability. Never again.

The negative attitude of the staff was awfully disappointing! He was reluctant to help our team because he said "it wasn't his job". I mean, he could pass it on to the person who should handle our request without being hostile to our team!

They're all talk and under delivers! The work they did was terribly disappointing it was a waste of time and money! Beware of this compant sweet talking you because they're so good at it and they're aggressive.

Our first experience with Azar Displays, and it was horrible! Not getting our displays again from them! Their prices are high, the designs outdated, and the staff were rude and disrespectful!
