My experience with the AVS Editor was been a little rough in the beginning. I had some issues with the software when rendering, which however where pretty quickly resolved by the good support AVS has :) Despite of the problems the software now runs smoothly and works perfect for me!
Would've been better if it worked right out of the box, but I guess today with the variety of technology we have it's almost impossible.

I had purchased the unlimited plan a few years back and had used my old email address. When I moved, I didn't update my email address with AVS software on my laptop because the software worked so well that I didn't think about it. Anyway fast forward 3 years and my laptop needed to be replaced... Problem - I no longer had access to my old email. So I couldn't activate my software on my new laptop. I contacted the company and explained the situation and the next day, I received an email to my new email address with detailed instructions on activation, which worked perfectly. Thank you, I would give you 6 stars, but 5 is as high as it goes.

I love this software does everything for me! From photo edits to correcting my messed up attempts at making scenery and family picture videos, The video editor, takes the motion frames and stabilizes them, correcting the blur problems. Don't use anything else!

I've been using the AVS suite for a little more than two years now. My publisher required that I use Camtasia for video editing and audio rendition. Both sucked, in spite of their high price. Working with them was twice as difficult. So I did everything in AVS Video Editor and Audio Editor, then imported the results into Camtasia and output the file. They never knew the difference and I never told them. Last week, I had to rebuild my system and used a different OS. Naturally, the license key didn't work, so I contacted support. 24 hours later, no questions asked, I had a reactivated license key and now I'm back to work on my next project. In about six weeks, I'll import the files into Camtasia create the final file.

I've been using the AVS4You media suite for almost 5 years and have had several frustrations over the course of time. On every occasion, I received quick responses from the AVS4You support team. There were a few times that it took multiple messages to resolve the issue, but I was able to resolve every one of them. The last one I had was due to a change in the registry on my PC and rolling back the computer to an earlier date resolved the issue. Always remember that the more information you can share with the support team, the easier it is for them to help you troubleshoot. AVS4You continues to be the most user friendly audio/video editing suite I've ever used.

I have, had this program installed on my computer for several years. I did not use it very much because I did not want to take the time to learn the program. Recently I began needing to convert lots of video and I began searching for a good conversion software program. I didn't realize that avs4you Video Converter was just what I was looking for until I read about it in a software computer ad. I am now using the Video Computer on just about all of my auto/video projects, and I am pleasantly surprised at the many functions included in this program, and my fear of learning to use the programs was solved quickly. I have found that the programs are designed logically and therefore easy to learn.

When I started to use this program again, I downloaded the update. Then I ran into a problem trying to re-enter my registration code. I contacted support and they supplied me with all the information that I needed to register. However I still couldn't register. Again they sent what I needed. Again it would not register. Then I started looking for other problems and found out that the remote access device was not working correctly on my computer. Got that taken care of and the program took the registration code and everything is now working great.

From the beginning Customer Service has done a great job. They were always emailing information and rapidly responding to all of my questions. I would not ask for more from customer support.
The Video Converter is a good buy, but you get (I believe10) more programs in the avs4you pack. I have been very happy with avs4you and the programs they offer.

Nach Umstellung auf Win10 hatte der Converter Probleme selbsterstellte Dateien im mkv Container zu öffnen. Durch Dateiaustausch und konsequente Kontaktaufnahme des Serviceteams konnte dieses Problem ebenso wie das im Lösungsprozess auftauchende Problem der fehlerhaften Vorschau anderer Dateien als transprortstream gelöst werden.
Die Ansprechpartner waren kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Antworten klar formuliert und auch für "normale" Anwender umsetzbar.

I have used AVS4YOU Software for a number of years now and can't fault it. I have just bought a new all in one pc with win 10, and after installing my software back in, i noticed that some of the interfaces were so small that you could hardly use them. I contacted AVS4YOU Support and the reply was very fast, and with their help the problem was solved immediately. Great software and great service, you will not regret using this software company.

I really recommend AVS Video Editor for beginners and even professional movie makers. You have no idea how many movies I made/edited with it. I'm using it from 2013 and I still didn't uninstall it. It's just too great! From simple slideshows to professional chromakey techniques, AVS Video Editor has everything a movie creator would like to have! Again, I recommend it! I also added deleted scenes and edited some things in movies. From transitions to effects or even great texts and samples, you can't be dissapointed of it. Five stars! :)) ))))
