1) It was very difficult to upload pictures of my rental property. Every time I upload pictures, it just goes into a stuck continuous loop. So I had to keep guessing what size photo Avail.co accepts. After several attempts to upload pictures, I finally found it that photos had to be at about 100KB. Why didn't Avail let me know?
2) When I go about publishing my listing, it says check back in about 30 minutes. Well I checked every 30 minutes and it's still being under review. It was actually a full 24 hours for my listing to be published. Why didn't it just tell me to check back tomorrow?
3) After publishing my listing for about a month, I got no lead and got 5 leads from Zillow (and also using their premium). Maybe because it is winter perhaps and the rental market is slow?
