My family just relocated back to Ontario and we had 2 vehicles to be shipped. My local Calgary Chevy dealer suggested I give Automoves a call since they have used them for the past 2 years. Mark was the person i dealt with and he was very attentive to all my questions. We were allowed to ship personal effects unlike other companies that we called. Our cars got delivered in 7 days from drop off. Fast service and fair price.

Delays, unformal quotes that changed in the invoice, verbal promises that never happened, unpunctual drivers, drivers that contract to this company cannot even speak!
Without seing your car, they force you to pay in advance to a different numbered corporation, otherwise you cant even see your car!
You dont have a paperwork, all u have is a quote number written in a e mail, that does not mean anything!
Be careful, bringing 2 vehicles from Quebec cost me triple of the estimated price! After paying these people, their transportation contractors threatened me for their cost!
Stay away if you do not need headaches with your own money!
I would like to thank Automoves for getting our family suv delivered on time. I was travelling for work so it was important for my pregnant wife to have access to our vehicle asap. Mark helped us set up pick up in Calgary within 3 days of contacting Automoves and our car shipped to Mississauga in less than a week. I found it very helpful that we were able to leave some personal effects inside the car during transport. Very helpful service.
Automoves delivered my Mercedes GL from North Vancouver to Oakville in 9 days. I was able to put my summer tires and personal belongings in the back seat. The shipping process was simple and the car arrived without any damage. I'm happy!

These guys are pure criminals. They have no intention of providing the service they claim to do. They take the car and store it and try to scam as much money as they can. I have 2 addresses for them. 55 village center Mississauga and 1568 Queensway Toronto. Whether its Paul, Andy, or Mark they are all the same person and all crooks. Beware people hopefully u see this before you book with these bottom feeders.
Setup a car delivery from thunder Bay to Edmonton. Andy Leeds personally guaranteed a week to deliver the car. A week past and no car. Company stopped answering phone calls. Finally they sent a email saying car was in Winnipeg. I tracked the car down and it hadn't left thunder Bay. Turns out they towed my car to a tow yard in thunder Bay and started racking up storage fees. I had to arrange other shipping and I was stuck with $400 of storage fees. I asked mark rohl and Andy Leeds if they would pay for the storage? They lied and said they would and then blocked my phone number. Beware very shady company. Check better business Bureau for some interesting reviews.

I asked Andy to ship my car from Toronto to Winnipeg on Jan 18,2015 sunday, my car was supposed to arrive there Jan 22 or Jan 23. But it was never be there. I called Andy a lot of times, he didn't answer my call and I could not leave an voice message. He only text me asking for payment. When I asked where was my car, he said in transit. Until

Dear Leo, you dropped your vehicle off at our terminal in Toronto on Sunday January 18th. Our staff came out to meet you even though our office was closed to help accommodate your schedule. Payment was supposed to be made by you prior to transport as was clearly stated in our terms of service. Our office contacted you on Monday and Wednesday to confirm that payment has not been received and therefore the vehicle is still at the terminal. Indeed, we called but could not reach you so we followed up by text and email. Your car never moved from the terminal lot - the address that you brought the vehicle to yourself. Your claim about police makes no sense because nobody called us and the vehicle was in the same spot you left it because the shipping service was never paid for. Instead, your friend came to pick the car up and our office waived your cancellation fee and did not charge any storage fees.
