I bought a Renault Sandero Stepway from Autohaus Centurion on 13 January 2023. After about 3 hours that I drove the car I let the consultant know about faults that need to be fixed. Only after a few days she arranged that I took the car back on the 23 of January. They gave me a courtesy car. First the consultant ordered the wrong part. Then after 21 days Renault delivered another wrong part. It is now 28 March and I still didn't receive my car back. Now they want the courtesy car back and want to give me the Renault that is still not completely fixed. This is ridiculous.
