I have been dealing with Audio Control for a while now and their products are always top of the line so when I received my AC-BT24 I expect the same, I may have gotten one that just has trouble but it won't connect, I called Tech Support was on hold for under 2 minutes, and once we started troubleshooting we took every angle and after 20 minutes I was asked for my address and email and told that a new product would be overnighted to me! Now I am just a one man show but this company they seem to care about every customer and their satisfaction as well as quality of their products. Thank you for not forgetting how you climbed that ladder and started small Audio Control and KEEP MAKING GOOD SOUND GREAT!
