I have purchased many items from Auction Depot with only one incident regarding shipping charges and the owner gave me a credit for the difference of what it should have shipped at (small heavy item shipped UPS rather than USPS flat rate)
They answer their phones and are nice to deal with and have a couple of auctions weekly with usually around 1,000 items. Check them out. I gave them 4 stars because no one is perfect.
