Merchant is selling cheap knock offs of the clothing pictured on their website. Ships directly from China. My dress took a month to arrive and is of terrible quality, with obvious design differences than the dress that was pictured. The link to initiate a return on their website doesn't work. They don't provide a phone number or physical address, and they are unresponsive to email.
I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to save others the trouble of buying from this site. The dresses look adorable online but after waiting weeks to receive them from China, they are of a poor material and fit. Worst of all, the company's return policy is terrible and their customer service is unresponsive. Save yourself the trouble and don't make the same mistake I did! If their customer service responds at some point (it has been several weeks) I will update this review.
I ordered two dresses and both were too small and they don't look much like what the model was wearing. More of a cheap knock off of what they were wearing. And the dresses took a bit to get to me because they came from China. Not made in America as advertised. Very disappointed. Waste of money.
I recently ordered three dresses online from Auburn Rose Boutique. Even though the company is a US-based business all of the dresses came from China and were not at all as pictured. The pictures made them look good quality and cute. The actual items received were extremely cheap material and poorly sewed. I'll be giving them all to Goodwill without even wearing them. They are horrible quality. Poor customer service and can't return anything if you used a coupon code (which they make sure you do). Waste of money! Don't recommend buying from there.
