Ordered from Sydney Australia - great timing arriving within 8 days which is great! This is size 3-6 months and my boy is 2.5 months! Just slightly fold the wrists and legs :) although the collar of the hoodie is pretty tight and was hard to put on!

I ordered the shoes for my daughter... the size which i ordered is small I want one size up... patpat is really good and they agree to change it for me... really appreciate... thank you soo much patpat...

I ordered matching family tops for my self, husband and kid. We received the delivery on time.
I ordered large size for both of us as we usually buy large size in store which fits us well, but sizes of patpat were bigger than that.
Upon trying the tops I initiated refund request, for which I received the reply within 24 hrs.
After confirming the items and knowing my issue patpat team decided to refund full amount and let me keep the tops so that I don't have to pay return shipping fees.
I am so happy with my experience with patpat team and will definitely recommend the website to family and friends.

I recently had an experience with Pat Pat where some of the clothes I ordered were not right size and also some were doubles which I failed to check while ordering. I reached out to Pat Pat and they came back with their reply which truly shocked me. They have raised the bar for Online Retail customer service I feel. They saved me from the hassle of returning the goods, instead they refunded my money and let me keep the doubles as well.
I must say the quality of their clothes is fantastic too. Very good quality and color and also very attractive.
I highly recommend them. Their response to my situation has changed my online shopping experience.

I wasn't so sure about Pat Pat until I saw a sponsored post on Instagram, so I decided to go for it! I was so happy with the items as they were packaged nicely and the quality is amazing!

Phoebe Has replied me back within 24 hrs as I want to return my item and told me may be leave the item with you as it will cost me to pay shipping and straight away refund my money. I really appreciate their service
