It has took me over 75minutes to navigate your site to finally purchase what I wanted. And even after all that, I still didn't get the 5% discount that was offered. When I received the Christmas tree it was lopsided with short branches on one side and longer on the other. Same with the flock, lots on one side and very little on the other. There were so few lights that you can hardly see them at all…very disappointing all around

First time ordering from Costway, it was great that you get a discount when you're a new member I ordered a cat tree which was on special, so I was expecting it to be very big or sturdy and was proven wrong! The cat tree is very tall (which my cats love), but it's also very solid. It was tricky to put together as it has so many pieces, but it looks amazing.

Quick and easy tree was not as pictured, flimsy as a branch fell off as I was putting it together. Am sending it back

The courier delivered to the wrong address and costway contacted the courier for me,and said I would get a replacement or my money back if the parcel couldn't be found, the parcel was found.
Table was exactly as described - matches with my other outdoor furniture perfectly.
Although I loved the design and fast delivery, the item was a retuned one which was repackaged and had some dents and the colour was peeled in some places.
Not a serious issue but I expected a new and healthy cabinet rather than something which was returned
