The frame bent as soon as I watered the baskets. There is no weight restrictions on the website for this frame. Either that or it's very cheap and can't hold the weight of 3x baskets.

It was straight forward and easy. Scanning the Credit Card is a great feature and saves entering the number incorrectly. Unfortunately, Costway could not deliver my order place 20 Dec 22 before Christmas, so I asked if we could pick it up from their Truganina warehouse. After a couple of emails back and forth, they arranged for us to pick up the commode, because it was urgent.
