Packages were left at the wrong at units instead of house as addressed. Also left without a signature of receipt which was required. I had to organise for someone to bring them to my home.

It was delivered quickly and everything to do with the sale was excellent. It was very easy to assemble.
However the chair needs better padding on the seat. I am only 58kgs, so not heavy and it feels hard for me so it would not be comfortable for a larger person. It is not the thickness which is the problem but the quality of the foam or whatever is used.
