Wonderful service with great delivery time. Product was as described
The product is great and the purchase transaction was smooth however upon delivery the driver was not keen on delivering my item. He made an excuse that it was too heavy and that my apartment concierge would not accept the parcel. I had to confirm with concierge and call the driver out for him to return back to my apartment to deliver my item. I hope Costway looks into this as I am sure I am not the only person that has experienced this

We were very skeptics at first but took a risk and it turned out so worth it! We were looking for a cat bed for ages, all the good ones being $150+ until we came across Costway Australia! We found a product that suited us perfectly for a fraction of a price.

Easy to order and pick up from the friendly and helpful staff at the warehouse in Truganina. Product was of a good quality and easy to assemble with clear instructions provided. Much better than a similar item I purchased via K***n which was a nightmare to assemble and already broken/cracked in several places straight out of the box.
