The instructions that mentioned to create a short list didn't actually say how to do that by selecting the "I Love It" option, I looked for a specific shortlist option for a while until I just decided to try clicking that option to find that it gets added to the shortlist.

I don't see any area to improve. The service, site and support is great. The creatives are talented. This is my second contest and, for sure, if I will need this kind of service, this will be the place to go.

I was disappointed with the initial response, but I was glad Squadhelp allowed an extra 3 days to see if we could boost interest. The winning logo is not yet my ideal, but the creative revised his submission 4 times for which I was grateful. His efforts will get me where I want to go. Thanks a bunch!

I am really happy with the service received from Squadhelp. I received way more great ideas than initially expected.

I was very impressed with the breath and quality of ideas. I found the platform easy to use. I used the chat for questions before I chose to go ahead with a contest and also during the contest. Response was fast and personal and resolved all questions or issues I had. Thank you.

Outstanding response--666 entries in 4 days! The mechanism for creatives to incorporate my feedback was very helpful. I didn't go with the winner's submission exactly, but I simplified it, and was definitely inspired by it. Thank you!
