It was amazing to be flooded with so many great entries. There were many great options, but one just perfectly hit the brief and was something i never would have thought of. I have already recommended this site to a friend.

We found the experience interesting, the entries were of a high standard. We should have researched for our brief a little better, but that was our problem. All in all a delightful experience and the outcome was excellent.

Enjoyed the process. We didn't end up going with any of the names suggested, but one sparked the name we did go with.
I think the Squadhelp system is excellent. The only limitation was myself. I am happy with our contest winner. I would not have thought of that myself. I thought i did enough research on brand names however In hindsight I could have provided a better brief for the creatives. In saying that we still received over 1200 names which just blew my mind. The difficulty for me was finding a name to trademark and that is one area that i should have researched further. The service provided by Squadhelp is exceptional and will have not hesitation to recommend to others.
In regards to the logo design, we received a lot of outstanding designs. To choose one winner was just too difficult.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

An option to explain what we did not like would be good. Although I suppose you could add that in the comments. I dont know if adding the items of dislikes in the comments before permanently saying "no thank you" will be sent to the artist. Maybe I just didnt play around with the settings as much as I should. Either way, I am satisfied and actually love this concept site. Keep up the great work!
We were impressed with the number of entries in the first 24 hours. We also were able to engage with a number of Creatives who continued to give additional ideas.
The pricing tactics, though, were frustrating. When first ordering, we were offered an extra $30 off, but then when checking out, the option was not given. On a chat line, the person on the other side said that they never give $30 off, but they could do $25 off deal.
Later, immediately after the contest, we were sent an email about a super low price for SquadHelp for them to file a trademark on the name we chose, but when checking out during purchase of this additional service, the link did not give us that same low price, but ratherr showed a higher price. When reaching out to Customer Service to ask about it, they said that they had discontinued that price over a month prior, which is strange since we had just received an email with the super low price. So, I decided against hiring them for the trademark application.
This pricing strategy/approach is why my referral recommendation is lower than it would have been. If SquadHelp changes these tactics, I would give them a higher rating.
