I had an extremely frustrating experience with ATG Tickets. I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong performance date and contacted customer service immediately after receiving my booking confirmation. I was not seeking a refund, only an exchange to another performance date.Despite reaching out right away and explaining that I would be unable to attend the original performance, every request was denied. The responses felt scripted and focused solely on company policy rather than finding a reasonable solution for a genuine customer mistake.What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility and empathy. I requested that the matter be reviewed by management, but the outcome remained the same. As a customer, I felt that no effort was made to help resolve the issue, even though an exchange seemed like a reasonable request. I understand that businesses need policies, but exceptional customer service means knowing when to apply discretion and support loyal customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with ATG Tickets.Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to book through ATG again and cannot recommend them to others.
