I needed help for a site at 3 A.M., and the tech staff was available to help me. Ed, the tech support guy, was very helpful and friendly and most of all, patient! It took over an hour to fix my issues and Ed didn't seem bothered or rushed at all the whole time. I had to call the next day to ask a question, and that tech support person was very helpful and friendly as well. Very happy with their attention to customer needs.

ASVhost is a pretty solid host I used to use. When they say they have 24/7 support, they mean it. I had a problem once at around 5AM and they were still online to help me out! And their uptime is the best. They are pretty good in that sense. Recommend.
