Such an easy experience. They were professional from the phone call to schedule appointment to the service techs visit to fix our issue. Company had great communication and the tech, Bobby, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.

We do not place any blame on Asurion, or our service technicians that came to our home to do the repairs. If my review was only of Asurion and our service techs, I would have awarded a five star review. But the review is for the overall experience so four stars were awarded.

Followed all the instructions with my upgrade phone that came in the package. Neither the online instructions or those iprinted instructions included with the phone say to contact Verizon to activate the phone! DUMB. Verizon, you can do better, like include ALL the steps to get the phone working. Geez!
Bought this self balancing hover board and it broke within a year, manufacturer would not answer the call and Asurion run me in cycles. What a waste of money I am never using them again. Looks like collusion to defraud, very disappointed

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
