Simple process. Did not what to do about my phone being cracked. The claim process was very easy, considering the amount stress that I have with my phone being broken. HELPS!

Surprisingly it was not like that at all. Monica was super helpful, super easy to work with and best of all fixed my problem! I wouldn't dread contacting someone if I knew it was going to be that easy!
Kim was an absolutely phenomenal technician. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, encouraging and positive. I wish I could interact with a "Kim" every single time I needed technical support. She should be commended for her expertise, customer care and support. We did not resolve the issue due to a phone issue outside of her control - but I would rather spend hours on a support chat with a technician like Kim than 20 minutes resolving the issue with anyone else!
We always purchase the protection plans from Asurion. If we need to use plan, the warranty/claim service is super easy. Their team is fast, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this service

The new phone I got didn't have thorough instructions about the SIM, it resulted in my phone being unable to call, or reload voicemail and text history. I screwed around trying to figure it out on my own for around 5 & 1/2 hours becuz of that. Tech coach had me all up and running in a half hour or less. I wish I contacted them sooner! They did a great job and it would've saved me a lot of time if I turned to them right away!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
