It was so easy to file the claim for my camera. I explained the issue and Jia Mariel took care of my claim fast and efficient. This was the first time I have every had to file a claim and use my Asurion plans. I am very happy that I bought the insurance. I would recommend anyone to buy the insurance with electronics.

Office Chair Replacement

I purchased my plan over 2 years ago and the chair I bought was struggling to stay up so I contacted Asurion about it. I submitted my claim (which was super easy) and got a gift card to replace it the next day. I highly reccomend these protection plans to everyone! Thanks for being a great company!

Awesome experience!

I had just upgraded my phone yesterday evening, and unfortunately, I was no longer able to message certain people or in groups, I was also no longer able to send GIFs. I was so frustrated and tried several things to have it fixed. I was so thankful that I was told about *611 this team was able to get directly on and help me with my problem and now my cell is fixed! Very quick, very friendly, very professional! They made the situation so much less stressful than what I was anticipating it would end up being. Thank you so very much Yohana!

Bill Gates SUCKS

I would not need this service if billy did not design his software systems to be non-geek useful.
To find an answer... one has to know the "exact question". I do not make my living ann pay taxes writing MS operating systems and only use it as a tool. Well... geeks would not understand this... and his creators show that arrogance.
Not a reflection on Asurion... but not only those who are "not" living in their basement should be able to voice their opinion. And i just did

Tv Repair

Rob was great to work with. He was great with communicating with me throughout the day on when he thought he would be arriving for my appointment. That was really appreciated! He was also great with fixing the tv. He took the time to evaluate what might be wrong with the tv and order additional parts. Can't say enough good things. Thank you!
