I had just upgraded my phone yesterday evening, and unfortunately, I was no longer able to message certain people or in groups, I was also no longer able to send GIFs. I was so frustrated and tried several things to have it fixed. I was so thankful that I was told about *611 this team was able to get directly on and help me with my problem and now my cell is fixed!
