Recieved an email after waiting 12 hours that someone would come out to my home between 7 and 9.
At 6:24pm they sent another email to call them, I talk to a manager and he said the guy was not coming due to training.
Now they want to mail me my phone in 1 to 3 business days. Worst customer service i ever heard of. Im in sales for 35 years and need my phone to talk to customers everyday to get them the correct answers. This is not insurance. Do yourself a favor go to a different company if this is all they have to offer. Im leaving muy carrier because this is who they do business with

My experience was very pleasant. The customer service agent made my ordeal positive by having the knowledge for processing my request expeditiously. I received the replacement phone the next day as promised and within the following week, the damaged phone was dropped off at a UPS location for the return.
Jose was the best when it came to my cracked screen fixing. He was open and honest with timing, told me the data from previous weeks of overheating messages, and recommended ways to avoid that, even without me being notified through the phone. I 100% recommend him if you are close to the Carle Place, Garden City area and you need your screen fixed.
Great experience at Lawrenceville NJ repair location. Zach did an amazing job. Was there 90min. Brought a book so it wasn't bad. Certainly better than a replacement or upgrade. Great surprise of getting a new battery with screen repair.

The screen on my Galaxy Note 20S 5G ultra started strobing like a disco ball. I call AT&T and they put in a claim with Asurion. The screen was the problem and would be fixed 2 - 4 hours after I brought it in. The cost...$29.99. Within minutes I received a call from Stephen asking when I wanted to bring the phone in. I told him I was on my way. He called me 2 hrs later to say the screen cannot be removed from the phone and I needed a replacement. I called Asurion back and a new phone was on its way. I told Stephen that I needed all my data restored because it was my business phone. He assured me he would do that. Two days later the new phone was in. The screen was still not functioning but out walks John. My hero. He worked for over an hour and restored all my data, photos, contacts, apps and games. Then he had me check and recheck to make sure it was all there. The last thing he did was a factory reset on the broken phone so I could send it back. I was willing to replace my phone with a $1200.00 new phone if they could transfer my files. I'm so happy that the person at the ATHT store said there was no way. Thank you to all the guys at UBREAKIFIX (an Asurion company) in Milford Ma.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
