Incomplete order and bad quality of jewelry, I will never buy from this website again. I have now tried contacting them three times with no response.

I brought 240 pcs of necklace because the necklace was back order and that was the only way to order the necklace is to get 240 pcs of it. The necklace i order write the love between grandmother and granddaughter is forever, but instead i got the love between a mother and granddaughter is forever. If they didn't have the necklace they should have refund me instead of shipping whatever they have

Asu jewelry has never sent the product I ordered. We had a hurricane here in Jacksonville, FL and FEDX sent the jewelry back to them... they advised the only way to get my jewelry is to pay an additional shipping fee. SCAM!

I ordered close to $80.00 in jewelry and have never received it. Called ASU Jewelry and they indicated the shipment was at my local Fedx location they continue to give me the run around. Fedx advised me according to the tracking number the jewelry was at ASU Jewelry. Called Asu Jewelry again to advise them this situation, still no product.

Products came quickly, very low prices but had to pay $45 for shipping to Canada. I also had to pay COD from DHL for an additional $25 for some sort of customs charge. The items are great some pieces are cheap looking but at $0.40 what would you expected! Loved the bathing suit wrap and the watches and bangles are amazing! Keeping those for myself! Will order again and try new things!
