Astroline has a rating of 1 stars from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
I had a terrible experience with Astroline. I was offered a $1 trial, but they ended up charging me $29.99 and $28.99 without my clear consent. Their payment flow is incredibly misleading, designed to confuse users into unknowingly agreeing to charges.
When I contacted customer support, they refused to refund my money, even though I never intended to make these purchases. They pointed to their so-called "Billing Terms" and "Money-Back Policy," but these policies are full of loopholes that work against the customer.
I feel scammed and misled by Astroline's unethical practices. I do not recommend this service to anyone, and I strongly advise you to stay away. If you value your money and don't want to deal with frustrating customer service, avoid Astroline at all costs!

Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.
We regret that your experience left you feeling frustrated. However, we must respectfully clarify several important points.
The $1 trial offer is accompanied by clearly stated terms and conditions, including the timeline for automatic renewal, the full subscription price, and the requirement for explicit user confirmation. No charge can be processed without the user actively reviewing and accepting these terms—this includes checking the agreement box and confirming payment authorization.
Regarding the amounts you mentioned ($29.99 and $28.99), these correspond to clearly defined plans within our subscription structure and do not occur without direct user interaction and verified consent. Any suggestion of hidden or unauthorized billing does not reflect the technical safeguards and confirmation steps built into our payment flow.
As for refund requests, we maintain a published Money-Back Policy and apply a case-by-case resolution approach, often granting exceptions where appropriate. Dismissing these policies as loopholes misrepresents the structure designed to ensure fairness and operational consistency.
We understand dissatisfaction can occur, especially when expectations differ from platform design. That said, claims of unethical practices or scams are not supported by the factual enrollment and billing process, and such statements may unfairly damage the integrity of our service.
We remain committed to clarity, accountability, and the right of every user to be treated with respect and full disclosure.
Warm regards,
Astroline Team
