Customer Service is ridiculous! Talked to one rep... everything is perfect! What he told me didn't work. Called back and the other rep told me the opposite of the first one so I just cancelled my service with them. Simply because I know how this service is going to be after all of that. Also, they advertise that they are T-Mobile but they aren't. They just share a tower with T-Mobile so that they can gain (swindle😂) more customers
