All these reviews are a lie don't believe them they say they will give you your money back if you fail and I have failed because of their services they cost me a lot of money and now I am repeating this module because of them and they were promising to refund me my money as it's part of their trust policy and it's been a year now and still nothing and I have them on WhatsApp and they keep ignoring my message. This is not all the story but a brief and if you want my advise DONT LISTEN TO THESE FAKE REVIEWS AND FIND OTHER ONES because these guys ARE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

Paid to get some work done. Sent back work half done and hadnt read question right. Told me would send it done properly and didnt. Asking for money back but taking ages to reply. :(

I had issues with the assignment I received. It was handed to me ten minutes before the portal closed, missing sections and the quality of the assignment was horrendous. Of course I did not manage to hand anything in, how could I with what they had sent me, and naturally failed the module.

I had given them a case study as an example to follow but they had no idea what it is, no idea what my assignment was about, did not even read the articles I had provided. Everything was handed to them ready and I just needed some help to finish because I did not had enough time.

I ended up doing most of the writing, paid 156 pounds for 3000 words and was expecting until last min for just 1800 out of 6000, to deliver the assignment and did not even get that. Ten min before the deadline, they handed in a disgrace of an assignment, missing sections and told me that was the best they could do because their specialist was sick with COVID. They failed to mention they were inexperienced which clearly showed from what I received.

I texted and never got an answer or an apology! The amount of the excuses were unbelievable!
Of course I have not received a refund as they are advertising but it does not cover the fact that I have to retake the module failed.

I think they are using high school kids for the assignments. I cannot believe they did not know what a dissemination plan is or what critical appraisal is! Even a summary of evidence!
