On June 8th, 2023 I placed 2 separate writing orders on this website amounting to 14,234rmb and $2,490 respectively, the process of negotiating a refund was delayed until February 2024 has not been made and they have been putting me off for all sorts of reasons, including account blocked, taking a Christmas vacation, maternity leave, need for meetings, etc. and I never received the refund.by the way,i have not get my money back in another website belong to this same company too(total amount *******rmb +200£). It is a lot of money for me. I need it very badly.It made me exhausted,i feel so badly now.It's not only waste my time,but also water your customer service staffs time,make no efficiency.Please help me to check it.It's been so long!

However, despite continuous negotiations for a refund, the process has been persistently delayed, stretching until February 2024, with no resolution in sight. Various excuses have been given for the delay, including account blockages, staff vacations, maternity leave, and the need for meetings, among others. Additionally, I have not received a refund from the other website belonging to the same company, with a combined total amounting to 11,780 RMB and £200. This sum represents a significant financial burden for me, and the prolonged wait has taken a toll on my well-being. It has not only wasted my time but has also consumed the resources and time of your customer service staff, leading to inefficiency.
