Disgusting commercials
February 24, 2024

Instead of showing the good job they do. They show how bad the pets look when they find them. Insane

Money
February 24, 2024

You put starving dogs in cruel situations to plead for our money. Your profits went from $85 mil to $280 million. Perhaps your so called nonprofit should not pay your CEO and other upper staff such high wages. That way you could actually help those dogs & cats and not use the money to line your pockets!

I've submitted two claims to ASPCA for a puppy in two months. We pay $55/month for the insurance and it has been a nightmare to get even a $1 reimbursement. I would definitely not recommend this pet insurance company.

Pathetic
January 28, 2024

I think it's awful that you spend 40 percent of every dollar on TV adds. And your ceo with bonus and benifets makes a million a year if you truly cared for the animals then you don't need my money

Never again
January 9, 2024

I will never donate to this charity again. I was a monthly donor for years. Nothing positive in the commercials. Who stands there filming these animals while they continue to suffer? I would stop their suffering immediately. Not stand there and film it. Disgusting.

Rip off Stay Away
January 6, 2024

Please stay away from. Donating your money to them. They are not giving the Donations to the animal's. They are getting richer and the poor animal's are not getting the help or the care they say they are supposed to be getting. That commercial should be taken off the air.

Shameful
December 30, 2023

ASPCA gives 2% of budget to pet shelters while 'hoarding' millions: think tank according to CBS. This is S H A M E F U L. Your ads are tear jerks and heart tugging but after research, I find it a poor charity to donate to. I will instead give to a local rescue. The amount spent on TV spots and other administrative costs is a major portion of your expenses. I wish more people knew the TRUTH about you.

Not true

Had a friend that needed help with their animals after a devastating hurricane and they said that they couldn't help that they only take donations. Not help others

No help!
December 27, 2023

I called to try to find someone to rescue a golden retriever, that was dropped off close to my house in the county. It was 9 degrees last night. The representative wanted to send me to a web site that could help me find help for this beautiful dog.
The CEO makes over $900,000 per year. What does their CEO do? What does ASPCA do? Their ad says they are out rescuing animals but I don't believe it. They are asking for money on TV, but I got no help!

I have had difficult time receiving my reimbursement for pet claims the entire time dealing with them for my puppy. I have to call constantly the customer service, email, my veterinarian many times and still waiting for a paid claim reimbursement. They don't have a problem taking your money/funds monthly but absolutely refuse to give the said credit.

Monies where they go
September 27, 2023

All or most monies go to CEO. The aspca don't care about the animals just their pockets. Commercials are very sad and people want to help. But most monies go into their pockets, making millionaires.

Robbery
August 6, 2023

If the person st the top is making $800,000., their concern is not for the animals! THAT IS JUST PLAIN COMMON SENSE! If it was they would be giving a share of that back!

Donations
August 4, 2023

I appreciate what the ASPCA does for animals but I don't care for the fact that they ask existing donors (been donating for years), for more money. I'm on a fixed income & I hear that not as much goes toward the animals as we are led to believe. Tell the CEO & his bigwigs to dig deep in their pockets.

ASPCA are thieves
July 28, 2023

The so called saving of animals by aspca is so bogus. They only spend a few cents for the animals the people running the bogus company make hundreds of thousands a year plus bonuses. I wouldn't give to these people ever there are legitimate companies that acts help animals but aspca isn't one

Rip off
July 24, 2023

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) has something it doesn't want you to know. Raising over $400 million a year from those weepy Sarah McLachlan commercials, the ASPCA spends little of that money on sheltering pets across America. The ceo makes over $800k an year! Instead of supporting animal welfare, the ASPCA is quickly converting to the largest PETA-like animal "liberation" group in the United States. (And the Humane Society of the United States, which runs similar ads, is even worse) don't give money to these rip off cons, give to you local shelter!

This organization is not what it seems. When I donate, I give to my locate Humane Society because I know where their money goes and how they treat the animals.
