The tech on the phone was very good and very helpful. She explained all of my questions very well and she said she's gonna send out an email so I can re-order a new unit and said I could call back in if I have any questions at all. I appreciate her help and it's this has been a better experience Because of her.
Needed advise on a printer repair. Probably need a new printer. Ink pad at end of life. Need to send or take to someone who can do it. Advised not to do it myself.
