Been reading Ask Bob emails and website info for years. He knows his stuff, he's honest, trustworthy and reliable. Whatever your interests or problems, he can come up with a solution. He's also pro-active, warning about possible problems before they happen - be they online scams, viruses, software vulnerabilities that no-one's yet spotted, tips and tricks to keep you safe, you-name-it.
Oh - and he's red-hot on back-ups! One of his favourite themes for disaster-recovery if all else fails is back-up your files and system software regularly, just in case! Check him out and see for yourself.

AskBobRankin is the place to go for help with computer questions and problems, and it's not limited to Microsoft Windows, although there's more emphasis on Windows than Mac or Linux.
