Dr. Barnes and Pearl were quick with their responses and asked all the right questions. They were able to answer my questions and help me find a way to make my baby better until we can get in to see our usual vet.

A very clean well lighted place and very organized. A white board informed you where your dog was in the queue and approximate time to wait. I saw a vet tech who was kind and well informed. She informed me that she had talked to a vet who thought that the poison in a pellet was quite small and Cody weighed 53 pounds and he was Okay. Cody's vitals were checked and he was fine.

It was late at night and I needed some advice on our dog who was stressed and was excessively licking and panting and and coughing. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before the veterinarian was able to answer my call. Dr. Park is who helped me. After giving some details to her she made a couple of suggestions for me to try. She was very patient, listened carefully and was very kind and empathetic. She repeated instructions and made sure I was comfortable in proceeding.

We noticed that our Parrot, Tango, hurt his beak somehow and was bleeding a bit. We called "Ask a Veterinarian" for advice and it took a bit of time because it was a Saturday night at 8pm. We have been communicating with Dr. Sara and gotten great advice and even great follow up throughout Sunday.

We came home to a potential fish-oil overdose and our vet is closed. This veterinarian supported us via the chat option but I feel like I was talking to our regular vet. Grateful this service exists and knowledgeable clinicians are available. Thank you!

I gave a succinct description of my dog's problem and was quickly connected to a very knowledgeable vet who asked important questions and told me to see my vet to be sure there were no problems he could identify without seeing my dog. It was on a Sunday so I'm going to make an appointment tomorrow.
