After a quick serious of questions through the AI Chatbot, I received a call from Dr. Yen who gave amazing advic, things that were scary to hear but absolutely necessary for us to take immediate action and save our dog. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable.
The vet asked me multiple questions and then told me what to watch for. She was friendly and professional. I was grateful to be able to get a quick answer at one o'clock in the morning!

Our Cornish Rex 17 yr old cat started vomiting this afternoon. This was followed by several trips to his litter box. Now we will keep a close watch on him and offer water and warm love.

There was an emergency related to my dog; siberian husky with an apparent allergic reaction which we now believe to be because of a bite.
It was late at night and Dr Sara provided guidance, knowledge, and compassion that made it possible for us to make it through the night until we could get to the vet the next morning. She not only helped then but she remained connected and followed up with us until Blue was out of danger and back to his normal mischief.
Dr Sara made what was a very scary set of circumstances that were filled with uncertainty, easier. Saturday September 12 through Thursday September 17.
