My dog grabbed the napkin holding the Cherry pits. He did eat some. The call was fast and easy. The vet was informative and did follow up as well with further information.
I did find out from speaking to an actual doctor that with the sx. She is having now, it's not ugent unless she gets more agitated and if not she can wait for her dr's appt. Day after tomorrow.

I contacted this service to try and find either a mobile vet or a less expensive vet for vaccinations for my Yorkie that are overdue. We also discussed some breathing issues I had noticed that I was pretty sure was coming from a collapsing trachea which is common in Yorkies. The vet was very helpful on suggestions for treatment and also a vet at a local store that has very reasonable pricing. The vet on this site was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Would recommend them to anyone that needs quick advice.

We have a 3 month old FFA project at our house. Somehow tore other "fingers" of the wing off in its enclosure at school. Have been nursing it as directed by the teacher. Chicken wound care spray and antibiotic ointment. There have been no changes in eat, during, pooping and sleeping. Wonders freely outdoors with supervision and on an enclosed porch. My concern was the next bone is exposed, and what to do next. I was reassured everything to this point is fine, cont. Treatments I'm doing. Watch for signs of healing tissue regeneration and or infection. Then consult a vet.

My daughters six month old Golden Retriever ate about 15 miniature grapes because i mistakenly thought they were blueberries, his favourite treat. As soon as I recognized the error, I called Just Answer for assistance. Dr.Paul advised the use and dosage instructions for hydrogen peroxide and advised seeing a local vet asap for toxicity bloodwork. Although it was nearly midnight, we found a vet who induced vomiting which produced all the grapes ingested. A follow up lab appt will be booked next. The puppy is recuperating well but as he is a puppy, further issues may arise. Dr. Paul was very calming and reassuring but firm in what needed to happen. I appreciated her kind and gentle manner in such a time of terror and stress. This is a great service and resource. Thanks Dr. Paul.
We had an emergency problem and the initial contact was slow, maybe ten or fifteen minutes. The attention and advice that I got was perfect. Also, I was having trouble with the connection, and the doctor pulled all stops to continue the meeting online in several ways--online chat, email, offer of an alternate phone #. The morning after, I received a follow up message. All advice was reassuring, totally professional, exactly the attention I expect and receive from my local vet (not available for weekend contact).
