Sounds drastic but being elderly, disabled and housebound- my laptops are my lifeline to the world, family and friends.
When the newest one wouldn't power up this morning I was thankfully able to use my 2nd much older one to google for help and was able to get in touch with the AC ASK CREW! For a modest £1 and a cancellable monthly Paypal £24 per month order for any time help- right up my street- we were on line for 3/4hr trying different things to get this going! Well worth it when you have no one to take your laptop somewhere for you and the chance of being without for days on end- and the price that you would have to pay! Many thanks to Technician Daniel!
