I ordered a suit from Ashore and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture, but that wasn't the main issue. The item arrived with rips in it, and the button falling off. When I wrote to them about a return, I received an email asking me to fill out a return request on their website in order to receive a return label. I did so promptly, but never received a return label, or any other communications from the company. It's been a month now and I've emailed 5 additional times with no response. This company makes garbage, low quality clothing that will end up killing the earth in landfills. Don't be lured in by the thrifty prices, you will only be disappointed.

Be careful of their return policy! It's very confusing! In one place they claim you can return unworn unused merchandise with the tags attached and another they say you can't return if it doesn't fit only exchange. I contacted them and they will not return in even when the large was too small.

At Ashore Shop I purchased a winter jacket that was at least $150 less than the
Department store equivalent. See photo. I have also purchased a pair of embroidered cowboy boots and am thrilled with them. -Free shipping, and also probably $75 less than our boutique mall store. Sorry mall. Happy with savings!

As recently, 2 pair of platform sneakers for my wife. See photos. I have not been disappointed. They were courteous, and my wife loved the sneaks-added 2 inches to her height- I don't mind. The delivery took approx. 10 days-which was anticipated. They don't have these sneaks at Amazon. Happy customer!

Everyone needs to report them to the FTC! I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago. They have never been received. I have been on with live chat and customer support multiple times and it's all just 'it's shipped there's nothing we can do' USPS has never received the item. I want my money back but that's not gonna happen. Should have read reviews before I ordered from here. Don't make the same mistake!

I purchased a jacket from Ashoreshop.com and love it so much. Very Good Quality and price! Overall good experience. The number one I love the most is no hidden fee and free shipping. The price I see is what I got.

Will be a kindergarten drawing of what you'll get. I researched the site so I made absolutely sure I wasn't ordering from a Chinese website and their company info says they're in NYC. They are NOT American. Shipped from Beijing. Pics below of what I ordered vs what I got. The gray plastic soles are beyond trashy.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago # AS******* and it's still saying awaiting fulfillment. Yet the second order I made was shipped but only after I made a bad review. I haven't sent many emails and they haven't responded to a single one. These people suck don't even deserve one star. Had I known this company was in China I would have never ordered from them.

Worst experience ever. Customer service sucks …. So is her name Cynthia like she claims or Amy?…& "patient " lol…I swear they are completely useless. They claim they shipped my order yet I have not received a tracking order and the website continues to show "awaiting fulfillment".

I ordered two dresses and on day 6 I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation. I sent a message to the company and the shipping got updated. The next couple of days I kept checking and the tracking said that usps is awaiting package in order to provide shipping updates. The company insists it's almost to me but I need usps plus in order to get tracking information. Why do I need to pay for a subscription to get my tracking information and now tHey have stopped responding. It's feeling more like fraud to me :( and one of the dresses was for a wedding I'm attending.

I purchased two summer vacation dress from Ashoreshop.com. Love it! At beginning I am not sure about the size of the dress, I reached out their 24/7 chat line. They are very helpful. I got my dresses and absolutely love it. Thank for caring customer support!

I just spent $120 for clothes that were poorly made with cheap materials, and no one answers you on how to ship them back. None of my emails were answered, and no one replies back in their chat box on the store's website

The agent was not able to pull up my order and gave me another customer support email address. I ordered 2 pieces of swimsuits and all I wanted to do was exchange them to a bigger size! Not happening no one ever responded or took the time to give me the address. I have 2 bathing suits I ca not wear. The top is perfect and the bottom is way too small. I am 5 feet and I Pettit small but curved. Ordered medium... did not fit. It took over a month to receive my order. Horrible. Now I am stuck with 2 suits I can not wear and no money back! Do not order from them. They are not friendly when it comes to returns/ exchanges

It felt of value to state that I have ordered from Ashore Shop a number of times, both a swimsuit, and a windbreaker. And we had to check sizing a few times; in each instance at varied hours of the day, I had immediate response via email, and on one occasion via phone. The women who responded to me was very courteous and sweet, and knowledgeable of sizing and body type, as well as the variation internationally. The caring and attentive service is definitive at this store. There were no hidden fees or shipping charge, just the price.

I bought two sundresses for me and my sister from this store. Love them. Very Frendly Shop. ALL Cool stuffs. I got my dresses in two weeks! Wish can be faster.

I had ordered a cashmere, high-end, beige, thick knitted sweater for $75 in January 2021. I checked the return policy before purchase to ensure I could return if it didn't fit. The return policy said, unworn and within 30 days. I received my "order" a month later! Only it was NOTHING like the cashmere sweater I had ordered for $75. I was sent a yellow, thin, cheaply made, synthetic material, shirt! I immediately emailed the service asking for the return address to send this "mistaken shirt". No response! I emailed pictures of the one I ordered the item I received. NO response! I emailed twice a day for 13 days. Finally, I get an email saying it was a holiday sale and non-refundable. WHAT! I looked again at the website and NOWHERE did say sale or holiday or non-returnable. The email did not address the issue of being sent a weird, cheap, yellow shirt. So, bottom line, I spent $75 for nothing! They are in the business of stealing money and sending random clothes.
