I strongly caution against engaging with Ashfords, as my experience suggest they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.
I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).
Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.
Full disclosure, I used to work with some of the people at Ashford, but I also use the service for my own investments. I wouldn't recommend something I don't believe in.
Best investing platform. Very easy to use and beautiful design.
Easy to use interface, good investment options and interest paid on cash. Money protected up to €20k. Did a few test deposit and withdrawls and everything worked fine and was instant. Would reccomend.

I found the platform extremely user friendly and a great platform for saving and investing.
I have tried to contact Ashfordwealths support email and all provided contact numbers. None work, the email bounces and the numbers are un-contactable. They changed there domain and didn't update there website nor inform "investors". "Brokers" are insistent and unrelenting until you choose to not entertain their investment advice. Withdrawals as far as I know do not occur and are at the whim of "brokers" who are unaccountable.
In breaking down ASHFORDSWEALTH(s) website its apparent the website is just a neat front end that provides zero information on what they actually offer. The biggest thing that jumps out is the fictitious "team" profile. There are zero results in actually finding anything that substantiates these people exist. Next big red flag is the FISEU badge used to gain a sense of legitimacy but upon a cursory search it is found not to be a regulatory authority rather it is used by scammers to appear legitimate (https://fintelegram.com/urgent-investor-warning-against-capital-whale-broker-scam-and-fake-regulator-fiseu/)
The ashfordswealths group follows a pattern of high volume contact with potential victims. With pressure tactics along with using referral systems to apply pressure. For example they may provide payouts for a person creating the appearance of a legitimate company and then due to perceived success the victim is manipulated into referring friends, family or acquaintance. The group uses several different members of the group to create a facade of a legitimate investment firm for example including "senior accounts manager", "trainers","Senior analysts" and or "Floor traders" to gain trust and appear legitimate.
The group pays out some people with the appearance of successful trades to provide reviews and again provide legitimacy. This provides new customers(victims) to join the merri-go-round.

Well, to cut it short, I am delighted. Just one suggestion: I really hope that you will add an option to transfer portfolio out from the ashford. I don't have such an intention now, but when my portfolio gets larger, I will be worried about security.
