Excellent Company: simple, clear and clean platform, qiuck administration, fast and simple account opening process.

I was abit confused that after a week of using the platform I then get asked to provide proof of address documents, this really should be at the onboarding stage.

Great platform and easy to use experience, but of a fiddle after the deposit process changes but now all sorted. I only wish there were more UK based stocks to invest in.

Would be great to have also access to account via webpage (PC for example). Also querying detailed reports would be great (especially for tax purposes).

This is what I call "investing" because first of all everything begins of saveing money,not paying unnecessery fees and taxes.

The extra fee is unfriendly when I top up with a card.

New to the whole concept of investing on my own behalf, with using ashford the task is easier, if not free of all the scary moments. The platform is more than enough for my needs now and on- going. Perhaps FIVE stars when I get to grips with it and become more savvy with what I know I need to do next.

There is quite easy to navigate on ashford platformi. Information about stocks and ETFs is Good trading process is also easy. But the ETFs assortment could be wider.

Very good platform, also the support service is good. Easy to use and transparent in everything they do. Hopefully in the future they will automatically deduct the stock exchange taxes for every country, because that would really be a game changer for ashford. Only then will I give five stars

I have tried about 10 different investment platforms and this has to be the best UI I have used in my opinion. It's not the cheapest though for my use case but the features like holding money in 3 different currencies is nice. It is easy to use deposits and withdrawals are quick when using settled cash. You even get interest on univested cash on your account. Transparent fees too.

The platform is simple to use and the analysis information of the stocks is basic but a great initial indicator whether to even consider the stock. It's really easy to get started and the over all user experience is great especially through the well designed platform. One draw back at the moment of course is that not every stock is there but, since the platform keeps growing I would say its only a temporary problem.

The platform is easy to use and I find it good that I get intrests on the money in my account. The one thing that bothers me is the mack pff choosing a country of "origin" to automaticly pay the owed taxes. For example, in Belgium there is a stockexchange-tax. And I want to fulfill them but cannot do it with this platform.

Easy to navigate platform. Money invested is changed automatically to dollars which takes a little while to get used to but overall a very good place to start your investing journey.

I liked Ashfford and believed it was the best out there until they removed £3000 with no fx fee a month. If they could lower it to £1000 or even £500 a month, that would be a 5-star.

The platform is great really easy to use and laid out well.

I really liked Ashford's from the moment I opened a General Investment Account with them in December 2021.

I like Ashford: it does what it promises to do, the UI is simple and understandable, it's fast and so far I haven't experienced any major hiccups.
