I received a bill SIX MONTHS after the service date. The bill was not owed. I have been fighting with them for five months to resubmit the claim using the CORRECT BILLING CODES. They refuse to do so! They have threatened me with collection. I have filed a complaint with the State's Office of Consumer Protection. It is despicable for a health care company to be this incompetent as it causes medical issues for patients.
