I had the worst experience with them. I ordered a watch in blue, the only color I liked, and if that color wasn't available, I wouldn't have placed the order. It cost me over 4,000. However, when the order was delivered, I received a different color. I initially thought it was a mistake, so I called their customer service number.

The person who answered was quite rude, implying that I should check the color again. I explained that I had taken a screenshot, and even the delivery package showed the color as blue, but the watch inside was black. I even offered to pay for delivery again, despite it being their mistake, because I really wanted the blue watch.

Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they dragged things out unnecessarily. They insisted that I send the watch back before they would send a replacement, but by that point, I had lost trust in them. After paying over 4k, how could I be sure they would deliver the right watch this time? They stopped responding to me altogether.

It feels like a scam. They advertise one thing, send a different product, and then don't care when you ask for a correction.

Please dont waste money. Is just advertized fraud.cheaplow quality copy cat products. You see fancy products and will get overpriced scrap. I ordered swissgear original bag.they sent local trash with cheap material nearly not even 2% of the cost that i paid for this. They are clear fraud and will never post your negative reviews and will delete them for higher ratings and all ratings are fake as of their friends and family with fake original products photos.they will never send you.Honestly please look for some geniune site and seller.
