I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas. The price was very good. However, when I got the ring, it was not what I thought I had ordered. I thought I ordered the gold ring(pictured on the site) but the description showed as black rhodium. Politely asked for an exchange but they rudely sent me a screenshot of the order with the description and said I did not order the gold one. Again, the picture showed a gold ring but I guess I should have verified the description. Sent another email and no follow up since then.
